Meet Ariane Laird

Ariane Laird is the Founder of ConnectsUs HR and Principal HR Consultant at Sienna HR. She works directly with clients across multiple projects and stays closely involved where experience and judgment matter.

She has worked with close to 100 organizations across Canada and the US, primarily small businesses where HR responsibilities often sit alongside other operational roles. Many of her client relationships span over 10 years.

She knows where rules need to be followed and where there’s room to be practical. You’ll get clear guidance, options that make sense, and the final decision always stays with you.

Ariane is easy to work with, builds strong relationships, and cares deeply about her clients and their businesses. She is known for going further than expected to make sure things are handled properly.
